Tell us what you want to build, where the property is, and whether you have early ideas, drawings or a more developed scope. Include the intended use of the building and the stage you have reached in planning. Those details help frame the first project discussion.
Additions that respond to how you use the property
Describe the extra space you need and how it should connect to the existing building. Share photographs or drawings, your priorities and any parts of the property you want to preserve. Existing conditions and the relationship between old and new work need to be considered when defining the scope.
Major renovations
A substantial renovation may involve several connected spaces or stages of work. Explain what is changing, what is staying, and whether the property will be occupied during the project. The more clearly the initial scope is described, the more useful the planning conversation can be.

Any design, engineering, approval, registration, warranty or specialist requirements applicable to the project must be established before a construction commitment; this page does not promise that those steps are already complete.
