Describe the building you have in mind, the spaces you need and your priorities. Include what matters most about how the property will be used. You can share early ideas as well as more developed drawings; make clear which decisions are already settled and which remain open.
Share the property information
Use the location of the project, even when you live elsewhere. Include available site plans, photographs, access details and any known constraints or existing structures that are relevant. Do not treat a broad service area as confirmation that every site or project is available to book.
Identify the planning stage
Tell us about drawings, approvals, professional input and other work that has already been completed. Requirements and responsibilities for the specific project must be confirmed before a construction commitment. This page does not claim that registration, approvals, warranties or specialist services are already in place.
Discuss scope, investment and timing
Share the overall work you are considering, the budget you have in mind and your preferred timing. There is no published minimum construction budget in this campaign and no fixed new-build package price on this page.
