Plan the whole outdoor space
Start with how the property works today. Where do people arrive? Which routes do you use between the cottage, parking and outdoor seating? Which areas need attention? A useful project scope considers these questions together, even when the work will be completed in phases.
Stonework, walls and site improvements
Discuss interlock and natural flagstone patios, walkways, retaining walls, grading and drainage as parts of the overall design. Share the materials you like and any existing features you want to retain. Material choices, access, preparation and the limits of the work are defined for the individual property rather than assumed from a photograph.
Gardens and finishing details
Planting areas, mulch and garden refreshes can be planned alongside hard surfaces and circulation. Tell us what you would like to keep, how much ongoing garden care you want, and which parts of the property matter most to you.
Planning a 2027 landscape project
Our landscape design/build inquiry is for projects with an anticipated investment of $10,000 or more. Larger property transformations and connected, phased projects are welcome. This is a project qualification point, not a fixed-price package or a guarantee of availability.

Share the project property's location, your priorities, site photographs, access information, anticipated investment and preferred timing. Use the cottage location even when your main home is elsewhere. The existing landscape inquiry form is the next step.
Can the work be phased?
Tell us what needs to happen first and what can wait. Phases should be discussed together so later work is considered in the initial scope.
