Define the spaces and connections
Tell us where the route or patio starts and ends, what it needs to connect, and how the area is used. Seating, doorways, steps, parking and existing gardens all belong in the project discussion. Photographs and approximate dimensions are a useful starting point; final quantities require site review.
Choose a look without losing sight of scope
Share examples of colours, sizes and patterns you like. Interlock pavers and natural flagstone are different material directions, and gallery captions should identify them accurately. The selected product, layout, edges, transitions and preparation belong in the written scope.
Include the site information
Let us know about difficult access, existing surfaces, previous movement or places where water collects. These observations help identify what needs investigation before a proposal. Do not assume that a surface installation alone resolves an underlying site problem.
