Snow removal for local homes, cottages and businesses

Plan winter access around your property and the available service route. Cottage Contracting welcomes snow-removal inquiries for residential and commercial properties in Parry Sound, Seguin and surrounding serviced areas.

Show us the areas that need clearing

Send the property address, photographs or a marked-up site plan, and a description of the driveway, parking and access areas. Identify obstacles, narrow areas, slopes and places that must stay accessible. Include the intended snow-storage areas for discussion.

Separate the services you need

Driveway plowing, walkway or step clearing, de-icing, sanding and snow hauling are different scope items. Request the services relevant to your property so the quote can state what is included and what is priced separately. Roof snow work also requires its own scope discussion rather than being assumed part of driveway service.

Confirm route and service terms

A website inquiry is not confirmation that a route is available. The written agreement should identify the season, service areas, visit or trigger arrangements, exclusions and any extra-service pricing applicable to the property. No response-time, unlimited-visit or all-weather guarantee is being introduced on this page.

Tell us how the property is used

Explain whether it is a year-round residence, seasonal cottage or business, and describe access requirements that affect the plan. Service expectations need to be agreed before the season rather than inferred from a general service description.

Request winter service

Use the existing snow-removal inquiry to share the property location, photos, clearing areas and requested services. Cottage Contracting will confirm the proposed scope, pricing and route availability through the quote process.
